Condition: excellent (used), functionality: fully functional, 3000L paddle mixer with column loading system | Double-shaft mixer for meat and fillings Type: Double-shaft paddle mixer Bowl capacity: 3000 liters Mixing system: Double paddle shaft Discharge system: Pneumatically/hydraulically operated bottom/front flap Loading system: Integrated column lift This 3000-liter double-shaft paddle mixer is a highly efficient machine designed for continuous industrial operation. It is suitable for use in large meat processing plants, butcher shops, delicatessen facilities, ready-to-eat food factories, and in the pet food and vegetable processing industries. It is designed for mixing, standardizing, and gently kneading various types of meat fillings, finely and coarsely ground sausages, salads, dumpling fillings, or vegetable mixtures. The core of the machine is a double paddle shaft system with specially shaped scrapers, which ensure fast, uniform, and thorough mixing of the entire batch without damaging the raw material's structure. The counter-rotating motion of the paddles eliminates dead zones in the bowl, allowing for optimal distribution of spices, brines, and functional additives. The integrated column lift enables the automation of the loading process. The machine features a robust construction that prevents vibrations during operation with heavy loads. The appropriately shaped bottom of the chamber, combined with the pneumatically operated discharge flap, allows for quick and hygienic discharge of the finished product directly into a buffer, unloader, or onto a conveyor belt. Condition: used, The Braibanti/Pavan extruder is designed for the continuous production of short-cut pasta, breakfast cereals, and pet food. The prepared dough is conveyed through a temperature- and moisture-controlled screw extruder toward the die, which ultimately defines the shape of the product. Extrusion takes place under controlled pressure and temperature to ensure consistency and structural integrity. At the end of the extruder, a motorized, speed-controlled rotating knife cuts the extruded product to the desired length. Prior to extrusion, the dough undergoes a structured preparation process. It begins with a two-step mixing system that combines dry and wet ingredients into a homogeneous mass. This system uses a single mixing arm with directionally adjustable paddles to ensure proper pre-conditioning and hydration. The final stage of preparation takes place in a high-performance mixer/kneader unit, which further develops the dough structure to achieve optimal plasticity, consistency, and elasticity-critical parameters for stable and high-quality extrusion performance. Condition: excellent (used), Year of construction: 2012, functionality: fully functional, The VEMAG sausage production line is a complete set of three cooperating VEMAG machines: the HP30E vacuum filler (2012), the LPG 208 length-portioning linker (2014), and the AH212 hanging machine (2016). The set covers the entire process from filling the casing, through portioning and linking sausages into lengths of a set size, to automatic hanging on smoke sticks, enabling efficient and repeatable production in medium and large meat plants. How does the VEMAG sausage production line work? Key advantages of the VEMAG sausage production line Vacuum operation ensures a compact, uniform stuffing without air pockets, improving the appearance, color, and shelf life of finished sausages. The LPG 208 linker allows cooked, fresh, and dry sausages to be produced on one machine, using natural, collagen, cellulose, and polyamide casings, and its automatic casing pusher shortens changeover times. Interchangeable dividing belts with quick-release catches can be changed in under 1 minute, and the linking speed can be set separately for each casing type. Gentle handling protects casings, including overlapped ones, and the hygienic design allows low-pressure cleaning. The AH212 hanging machine allows any hanging pattern (individually, in pairs, in threes, in fours, etc.) and ensures ergonomic work, reducing operator physical strain. All three units come from a single manufacturer and are designed to work together, which simplifies control, operation, and servicing of the entire line. Condition: used, functionality: fully functional, The LASKA WW 130-2 is an industrial meat grinder from the LASKA brand.. With a 130 mm throat diameter and 15 kW of power, the machine is designed for efficient raw material grinding in medium and large meat and food processing plants. How does the LASKA WW 130-2 meat grinder work? Raw material is loaded into the hopper, from where a screw feeds it to the cutting set consisting of a knife and perforated plates. The rotating knife cuts successive layers of material forced through the plate holes, producing uniform grinding at the required coarseness. The degree of grinding depends on the perforated plate used, and the cutting set can be quickly disassembled for cleaning and replacement of parts. Key advantages of the LASKA WW 130-2 meat grinder Gedez N Ax Ropfx Al Sebu The large 130 mm throat diameter and 15 kW drive power allow continuous, efficient work with large batches of raw material, which suits high-volume plants. Solid industrial construction ensures a long service life, and the simple working system makes operation, cleaning, and maintenance easier. The IP 55 protection class stated on the nameplate means the electrical system is protected against dust and water jets, which is important in environments where equipment is regularly washed down. Technical specifications of the LASKA WW 130-2 meat grinder Manufacturer: LASKA Type: WW 130-2 Factory number: L 6850 Year of manufacture: 1999 Throat diameter: 130 mm Power supply: 3 x 400 V, 50 Hz Rated power: 15 kW Rated current: 28 A Protection class: IP 55 Capacity: up to approx. 5,000 kg/h Hopper capacity: approx. 175 l Compliance: CE Application of the LASKA WW 130-2 meat grinder The LASKA WW 130-2 meat grinder is used in meat processing plants for grinding meat in the production of cold cuts, sausages, minced meat, and fillings.
