Condition: excellent (used), The Gleason BGT 200 H-W universal bevel gear testing machine is used for roll-off, load capacity, and run-out testing, as well as for measuring backlash on the flank, installation dimensions, and sensitivity to displacement in bevel gears with and without axial offset and axial angles from 0° to 180°. Gear sets with a maximum ring gear diameter of up to D=190.5 mm and hypoid gear sets with a pinion offset of 31.75 mm above and below the center can be tested. This testing machine is ideally suited for testing gear sets with small diameters and small modules under low load and with a minimum of backlash. The digital actual value display facilitates quick and precise adjustment and reading of the pinion installation dimension, ring gear installation dimension, and axial offset. Rcsdpfe Afi Atex Abuoh The motorized drive of the pinion spindle, in conjunction with the frequency converter, allows for stepless adjustment of the pinion speed in the range of 0 to 3,000 [rpm]. The work area is secured by an electrically interlocked safety device. Knife head has several knife groups (not arranged in a circle) Parallel tooth Conical tooth tip surface Single Item procedure: The workpiece is stationary and the tool (usually Arcon) rotates and cuts a tooth by immersing the tool. Once a tooth is cut, the tool moves out of the tooth again, the workpiece divides by one tooth width and the next tooth is cut until all teeth are finished. Knife head has arranged all knives in a circular path. Conical tooth height Parallel tooth head surface C28 can do both, wheel + pinion. However, a C28 must be “prepared” for the individual part procedure. I.e. direct measuring system + part gear brake, workpiece axis + license file for the production of individual parts. *

Automatic calculation of all workpiece and grinding parameters. * Extensive coolant equipment with filter system, band filter, etc. * Driven grinding wheel dressing device with CNC dressing control for automatic compensation of form and diameter after every dressing. * Gear grinding is effected either in single component operation using a conical cup wheel (Gleason 30°), or with a cylindrical cup wheel. These grinding wheels can be made of CBN, or of traditional "dressable" aluminium oxide material (question of cost). Grinding with a conical grinding wheel is of advantage with regard to heat build-up and quality of tooth contact pattern. Therefore these pairs of bevel gears (for automotive industry) can be generated in high quality with consistent accuracy, economically, and with short set-up times. Condition : Very good - machine can be inspected here under power Delivery : Ex stock, as inspected Payment : Net, after conclusion of contract Thank you for your interest.
