Condition: used, This Eillert vegetable washing machine is suitable for washing both light vegetables (leafy greens, baby leaf, rocket/arugula, lamb’s lettuce) and heavier vegetables (carrots, peppers, cabbage, tomatoes). The washing machine is equipped with a single water screw propulsion system (immersion washing), which keeps the product submerged throughout the entire length of the washer. The water pressure can be adjusted using the valves. After the washing process, the products are discharged via a mesh conveyor belt into a centrifuge. The optimal washing effect and mixing action make it possible to process product combinations such as salad mixes, raw vegetable mixes, stir-fry vegetables, and soup vegetables. Production capacity: 400 kg/h (depending on product type and washing time) Equipped with: Mesh conveyor belt with blower Voltage: 400 V (3 + N, 50 Hz) Power: 2.75 kW Weight: 240 kg Year of manufacture: 2014 Machine dimensions (W x D x H): 1660 x 950 x 1670 mm Gedpfx Aljzumako Sjkc

Condition: used, Year of construction: 2017, Overview Pilot-scale tunnel for the continuous thermal treatment of packaged products by water spray. The unit heats or cools filled containers – PET and glass bottles, jars, cans – as they travel through the tunnel on a modular conveyor belt. Heating and cooling run as separate cycles, one process per pass. Temperature is regulated by a PT-100 probe and a controller acting on a direct steam injection valve, which keeps operation simple and the set point stable. Frame, tanks and main components are built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel. The machine was used exclusively in a pilot plant for R&D trials and never ran in full-scale industrial production. It is in excellent condition, well maintained, and already dismantled and stored.
