Only the application and cutting of the film on this wrapper still has to be done manually. The model is sturdily built with a weight of 600 kg and is designed for loads of up to 1500 kg. The KVK 1S Economic has a 1500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2250 mm high. Automatic recognition of your pallets is just as much a matter of course as adjustable head and foot wrapping. Programs are available for "up only" wrapping, "up & down" (cross wrapping) and "rain-tight" wrapping. If required, the winder can also be controlled manually. If the winder needs to be moved to a different location, it can be easily lifted and moved with a forklift using the integrated cut-outs. A drive-on ramp and a photocell for detecting dark packaging materials or black film are optionally available.
