Year of construction: 2022, condition: used, functionality: fully functional, Thermo Scientific Luminex xMAP INTELLIFLEX System. Year of manufacture: 2022 The Luminex xMAP INTELLIFLEX System is the newest addition to the xMAP line of instruments. The Luminex xMAP INTELLIFLEX System represents the most advanced and versatile multiplexing platform, featuring an embedded PC with a touchscreen interface and a reduced footprint compared to the Luminex 200 and FLEXMAP 3D systems. With automated start up, shut down, and maintenance routines, the Luminex xMAP INTELLIFLEX System is easy to use and maintain, providing fast read times for both 96- and 384-well plate formats. The system is compatible with all Invitrogen ProcartaPlex multiplex immunoassays and Invitrogen QuantiGene Plex multiplex gene expression assays. Features of the Luminex xMAP INTELLIFLEX System include: • Reporter laser (RP1): 532-nm diode-pumped solid-state laser (DPSS); mode of operation, continuous wave (CW); output power varies based on mode with maximum output power of 50 mW • Reporter detector (RP1): photomultiplier tube, detection bandwidth of 565 to 585 nm • Dynamic range (typical): RP1: ≥5.5 logs • Read time: 96-well plate in ∼20 min (up to 144,000 tests/hour); 384-well plate in ∼75 min (up to 153,600 tests/hour) • System warmup time: 30 min • System intialization: ≤45 min • System verification: 5 min • Multiplexing: up to 500 analytes in a single sample (assay-dependent) • Available options: service contracts, IQ/OQ • Integrated PC and integrated barcode reader Good working condition.
