System Concept:
The line consists of a total of three sections, which are connected by conveyor belts. In the first segment, the individual consumables are fed in via rollers, folded, the nose wire integrated, welded, and then cut to the correct length. The finished, cut masks are then conveyed by an indexing belt and transport conveyors to the subsequent stations, which are arranged in parallel. At these stations, the ear loops are fed in and welded to the face mask.
