Description
This listing is for a Waters fraction Collector 111 chromatography system
The unit is in full working condition and is ready for immediate release.
The Waters Fraction Collector III is designed for flexible fraction collection in both HPLC and LC-MS workflows.
It supports high flow rates, up to ~300 mL/min. It accommodates a wide variety of collection vessels/racks. For example: standard test-tube racks (13-18 mm O.D.), eppendorf tubes, scintillation vials, microtiter plates (4 × 96/384), and preparative funnel racks (4 × 32 positions).
Hsdpfx Ajxtbcqsacsw
Multiple operational modes for fraction collection: time-based, volume, drop count, signal (e.g., detector threshold), peak mode (peak end time, request time, up to 10 out of 99 peaks) and window mode (start/end times) etc.
The system is controllable either locally (via keypad + LCD) or remotely via software (e.g., Empower 3, MassLynx) for integration into automated purification workflows.
Low nozzle-shift time (0.1 s between tube centers) helps minimise dead time between fractions.
Diverter valve option: allows unwanted flow (e.g., column void, non-target peaks, excess solvent) to be diverted to waste, improving collection efficiency
