The glove boxes were hung on a conveyor belt and first sprayed manually with glue. The boxes were then sprayed with flocking material in the individual flocking booths. The blown, unbonded fibers are then reintroduced into the coating process via the flock distribution system. Similarly, the unbonded fibers from the four flocking booths are returned to the process.
