Genie GS-2046 E-DRIVE

Condition: new, Year of construction: 2026, CORMAK 330 × 915 Universal Lathe is a professional conventional lathe designed for precision machining of a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals. With its rigid construction, 2-axis Digital Readout (DRO), and comprehensive standard equipment, this universal lathe is an ideal solution for toolrooms, maintenance workshops, repair facilities, and technical training centers. Key Features Rigid construction with a 160 mm wide bed provides excellent stability, vibration resistance, and machining accuracy. 2-axis Digital Readout (DRO) with optical scales on the longitudinal and cross axes improves positioning accuracy and process control. 38 mm spindle bore allows machining of larger-diameter shafts and bar stock. Precision carriage assemblies with 0.1 mm / 0.5 mm graduated handwheels ensure accurate and repeatable feed movements. Automatic longitudinal and cross feeds increase productivity during repetitive machining operations. Wide threading range – metric threads from 0.25–7 mm and imperial threads from 4–120 TPI without the need to change change gears. 1.1 / 1.5 kW induction motor delivers high torque and reliable performance during continuous operation. Integrated coolant system and 2-axis DRO supplied as standard improve operator comfort and machining efficiency. Construction and Technology The CORMAK 330 × 915 features a modern drivetrain with a headstock gearbox equipped with hardened and precision-ground gears, ensuring quiet operation, high durability, and long service life. The induction-hardened and precision-ground guideways maintain their geometry and accuracy even after years of intensive use, providing consistently high machining precision. Precision and Performance The lathe offers excellent carriage positioning accuracy, while the offset-adjustable tailstock enables precise taper turning. The swivelling compound slide allows accurate machining of angled surfaces and complex profiles. The Digital Readout (DRO) provides continuous position monitoring, improving accuracy and minimizing operator errors.
