Year of construction: 2025, condition: as good as new (ex-display), functionality: fully functional, Fully automatic solvent cleaning system KP50 HMA for operation with solvents (hydrocarbon or mod. alcohol) under full vacuum. The cleaning and drying process takes place fully automatically in a closed working chamber under vacuum (≤ 1 millibar). Components are cleaned by spraying, pressure flooding or ultrasound with freshly filtered and distilled solvent from the two storage tanks. There is also the option of vapor degreasing with high-purity solvent vapor directly from the main still. The final vacuum drying ensures 100% dry components and the double condensation stage ensures low solvent loss and the lowest emission and OEL values.
