The GCV series machine is a modern device that combines the functions of initial shredding and final granulation of plastics. This allows various types of plastics, and more, to be processed in a single operation.
The upper section of the machine is responsible for pre-shredding: material is fed onto rotating knives which precisely cut it. An additional special feeding system ensures the efficient introduction of material into the machine.
The lower section is the grinding zone, where the rotor construction and the method of material feeding can be adjusted depending on the type of material, its properties, and the desired throughput and final regrind size. Importantly, after processing, the material does not require any additional transfer between devices. The machine has a compact design, requires little space, and offers an excellent price-to-performance ratio.
