How does it work?
Blocks and leg boards are fed manually in the left fixture. The machine nails the parts together automatically. The ready-made legs are moved by hand to the right fixture, where deck boards are manually placed on top of the legs and nailed together automatically. Both fixtures run simultaneously. The machine starts by pushing a button and the finished pallets are manually pushed out in the back of the machine.

ABOUT THE MACHINE
The Tschudin T35 is a modular production external cylindrical grinding machine for medium and large series. Originally developed by Swiss company HTT Hauser Tripet Tschudin AG, now under the Kellenberger/Hardinge Group. The offered machine was operated in conjunction with a complete SECKLER production cell – fully automated 24/7 operation is possible.
The Siemens Sinumerik 840D control system features grinding software developed by grinding specialists and allows optimal programming of grinding and dressing processes. The hydrostatic guideways guarantee highest precision in series production; the ball bearing variant allows cutting speeds up to 120 m/s.
