The straightening machine is prepared for the particular type of material by interchangeable rounded spacer elements. The replacement of the 10 inserts is done manually by simply pushing them into the holding grooves. The scope of delivery includes basic equipment for one profile. The program for the respective profile is then called up on the monitor. The monitor shows the ideal line and, in addition, an ascending and descending millimeter scale with 0.5 mm lines. The profile to be straightened is now placed on the left side of the table, pushed against a holder and clamped with a quick-clamping device.
