Motor and Hydraulic System The machine is equipped with a powerful electric motor coupled to a high-pressure hydraulic pump group. The electric motor continuously drives the hydraulic pump, providing pressurised oil flow throughout the entire system. This pressurised oil feeds the clamping cylinder, the injection pistons of both units, and the ejector system. The thick red hydraulic hoses visible behind Unit B carry this high-pressure oil flow — both units are supplied via independent hydraulic circuits, allowing Unit A and Unit B to operate simultaneously without influencing each other. Operating Principle The two independent injection units are positioned at 90° to each other — in an L-shape. The mould is locked with 300 tonnes of clamping force.
