Year of construction: 2019, condition: excellent (used), The Compact Series The new Wanner shredding mills in the C’s series (“C” stands for “compact,” “s” stands for “silent,” i.e., optimized for noise reduction) offer practical solutions for almost all challenges in the in-line recycling of sprues and defective parts in the production process. Thanks to the modular design, the shredding mills in the C’s series can be easily adapted to the specific application or the needs of the operation. Depending on the method of feeding the sprues, the disposal of the ground material, or the injection molding machine used, the C’s series from Wanner offers optimal solutions that can be adapted to your specific operating processes through a variety of standard components. The optimized cutting geometry and the low rotor speed guarantee high-quality ground material with a low dust content. Sound-insulated feed hoppers and the grinding chamber design, which is optimized in terms of structure-borne noise and natural frequency, contribute to a low noise level. The large-sized gearbox ensures a long service life for the shredding mills and also allows for extremely compact dimensions. The grinding chamber can be opened very easily with just a few steps, which saves time and thus costs, for example, during cleaning due to a color or material change. The advantages of the C’s series: easy adaptation to the specific application through a modular system compact design requires only a small footprint next to the injection molding machine robust, cast/steel housing that can be moved on swivel casters durable motor/gearbox unit for a long service life significantly reduced noise level thanks to a bevel-cutting rotor and a vibration-optimized grinding chamber design easy handling and simple cleaning the mill saves time and costs improved feed behavior of bulky sprues and ground parts due to optimal rotor geometry grinding chamber with hardened inserts for minimal wear with glass fiber reinforced materials high-quality and low-dust ground material thanks to the optimized cutting geometry. The rotating disc in the side wall reduces friction and thus heating and damage to the ground material. blades can be easily resharpened without a special device sound-insulated and tamper-proof feed hoppers Technical data Manufacturer: Wanner Type: C17.26sv Grinding chamber opening: 170 x 260 mm² Rotor diameter: 170 mm Rotor blades: 12 Stator blades: 2 Throughput: 20-25 kg/h Screen aperture: 3-8 mm Voltage: 400 volts/50 Hz Extraction container: volume approx. 6 l Suitable for glass fiber reinforced materials as standard Control: Contactor control with overload protection switch electrically redundant system with self-monitoring safety relay acc. to EN 12012 5 m connection cable Weight: 155 kg Year of manufacture: 04/2019 Product video Hodozc Nydspfx Andsnu "We offer everything from a single source: We would be happy to offer you a suitable bank financing for your project."
