Description: The system separates sheets from coils up to a maximum width of 1,500 mm. The coil scale processes 11 tons of material continuously—crosswise, lengthwise, and at angles. Strip cuts can be slit into 4 parts by longitudinal slitters. The system features a straightening unit with a 5-roll leveller, followed by longitudinal slitters, angle shears, a conveyor belt, and a stacking unit with integrated scale.
The entire system is designed for cutting sheets from coils into various blanks and panels. The complete line is mounted on a shared frame measuring approximately 5 x 15 meters.
