Condition: used, Year of construction: 2008, Overview This NIKO VP11e is a horizontal pneumatic (membrane) press for whole or destemmed grapes, built in 2008 by NIKO (Nikolaj Šraml s.p., Podnanos, Slovenia). The press is made entirely of stainless steel and runs a fully automatic, multi-stage pressing program once started: grapes are loaded through the two perforated cylinder doors or axially, an internal membrane inflates against the load to extract juice at progressively increasing pressure, and the cylinder rotates between stages to break up ("crumble") the pressed cake ahead of the next drain cycle. Juice drains into a wheeled collection pan under the cylinder with a pump connection; pomace is discharged by rotating the open door face-down over the pan. The press is mounted on castors for repositioning and remains still installed and under power at the seller's winery in Spain. It can be inspected in operation on request. Condition: used, Year of construction: 1969, machine/vehicle number: 5700, functionality: fully functional, ram plate width: 1,350 mm, ram plate length: 3,000 mm, year of last overhaul: 2011, This OTT veneer and carcass press impresses with its robust industrial design and an exceptionally large press format of 3,000 × 1,350 mm, featuring 2011 new heating plates. While many presses offer only a press width of 1,200 to 1,300 mm, this machine enables the processing of particularly large workpieces and special formats. A major advantage is the 2011 renewal of the heating plates by ELKOM, which significantly upgraded the press technically and ensures its continued reliable operation. Hodoz Dq S Hopfx Aazju The OTT press is ideally suited for carpentry workshops, joineries, interior fitters, as well as manufacturers of doors, stairs, and furniture. Thanks to its stable hydraulic construction, it offers uniform pressure distribution and is suitable for both veneer work and demanding gluing of solid wood and composite materials.
