Automotive industry - one of the largest users Cars contain many plastic parts, such as bumpers, dashboards, door panels, light housings, under-the-hood components (e.g. intake manifolds, tanks), and smaller interior components such as buttons and switches. The use of plastics contributes to reducing the weight of vehicles, which results in fuel efficiency and lower emissions. It is particularly important in the medical and pharmaceutical industries, for the production of disposable medical devices such as syringes, petri dishes, catheter connectors, drug dispensers and diagnostic test housings. Electronics industry - for the housings, connectors, buttons and other precision parts of devices, e.g. plastic housings of mobile phones, laptops, televisions and household appliances. Consumer goods and household appliances - toys (e.g. LEGO), kitchenware, furniture, sports equipment and most garden tools. Housings, handles and internal parts of household appliances such as washing machines, vacuum cleaners and coffee makers. Packaging industry - bottle caps, food containers, buckets, crates and other packaging materials Construction industry - pipe connectors, fittings, switch and socket covers, insulation elements and other profiles. PVC and PP are common in this application area, where durability, chemical resistance and ease of installation are the main considerations. Agriculture - elements of irrigation systems, machine covers, tank and other equipment parts. Corrosion resistance and durability are key here.
