P300 - 30kW pelleting module with PCL control system. All motors other than the main drive are hydraulic and controlled by the pelleting module. The system has a moisture sensor which injects water into the second stage hammer mill to control pellet quality. Die temperature is monitored by a temperature probe and controlled by compressed air injection. Automatic oiling system on startup and shutdown.
6m Discharge cooling and screening auger. Pellets are conveyed, cooled and screened for dust by hydraulically driven auger.
Double filter air extraction unit.
