After cutting, a fork unit lifts the processed metal sheet from the change table, while simultaneously a new sheet is transported from the connected storage system via a vacuum unit. As soon as the sheet is positioned next to the laser machine, the system is loaded with the workpiece by the unloader. This entire process takes just one minute. With LaserFLEX, the downtime of integrated laser cutting systems is virtually eliminated, even high-speed laser processing is optimally supported.
