Condition: ready for operation (used), functionality: fully functional, Vacuum Mixing and Marinating The Vakona ESK vacuum mixer processes meat, poultry, and fish under vacuum. It allows for mixing, massaging, marinating, and tumbling products in a single tank. As such, it is suitable for meat processing plants, processing workshops, and manufacturers of prepared meat products. In particular, it helps to distribute marinades, brines, spices, and other ingredients evenly around the products. The system can process whole pieces or cut products. In addition, the tank performs a controlled movement during the cycle. Depending on the tool installed, the machine performs a gentle mix or a more vigorous massage. Therefore, the operator can adapt the process to the desired texture and the fragility of the raw materials. How does the VAKONA ESK work? First, the operator loads the products and ingredients into the tank. Then, the pump removes air to create the programmed vacuum level. The arm then moves the materials regularly throughout the duration of the cycle. The vacuum facilitates contact between the products and the marinade. Thus, it reduces air pockets and improves the distribution of liquids. In addition, the variable speed allows the movement to be adapted to different recipes. The machine can alternate work, pause, and aeration phases to better control the process. Cooling during the process Prjdpfx Abjzpw S Tjujc The ESK range combines vacuum processing with a direct cooling system. An exchanger placed around the tank helps to maintain a stable temperature during mixing or marinating. Thus, the machine limits the heating caused by the movement of the products. This temperature control protects the texture of the raw materials. In addition, it promotes a more consistent process between different batches. Therefore, cooling is of particular interest for sensitive recipes and productions that require a controlled temperature. Recipe control and monitoring VAKONA offers a touch control system capable of storing up to 99 programs in the ESK range. The operator can thus record the parameters specific to each recipe. In particular, it can adjust the speed, duration, pauses, vacuum, and aeration phases. In addition, the system can record process data according to HACCP principles. As a result, the company improves the monitoring of production and more easily reproduces the same settings. An automatic water separator also protects the vacuum circuit during operation. Technical specifications: Manufacturer and range: VAKONA ESK STL Functions: vacuum mixing, massaging, marinating, and tumbling Tank volume depending on model: 60 to 1,500 liters Capacity depending on product: 5 to 1,150 kg per cycle Equipment: cooled tank, automatic vacuum pump, touch control with 99 programs and HACCP monitoring SM+EPKZB

Condition: ready for operation (used), functionality: fully functional, The complete BRETINOV line organizes three key stages in the spring roll production process. It includes a wrapper softening unit, a filling dispenser, and a folding and rolling table. This ensures that each part performs a specific operation before passing the product to the next station. This configuration is suitable for Asian caterers, food processing workshops, and ready-meal manufacturers. It allows for the use of rice paper wrappers and various filling recipes. Furthermore, it improves the consistency of the dispensing, folding, and final presentation. Rice Paper Wrapper Softening First, the softening unit prepares the wrappers before dispensing. It applies water and then steam to soften each sheet. As a result, the wrapper becomes easier to fold without breaking. BRETINOV positions the steam production close to the wrapper to minimize heat loss. In addition, the system precisely regulates the water supply. This step remains essential, as a wrapper that is too dry may tear. Conversely, a wrapper that is too wet becomes difficult to handle. Consistent Filling Dispensing Next, the BRETINOV P007 dispenser places the filling onto the softened wrapper. The attached plate clearly identifies this module as a P007 dispenser, version 2, manufactured in 2024. The dispensing head uses a screw to move the mixture towards the outlet. This makes it easier to control the amount dispensed. Furthermore, BRETINOV designs this system to preserve the texture of the ingredients and minimize their crushing. Interchangeable nozzles can also adjust the shape of the dispensed filling according to the recipe. Folding and Rolling of Spring Rolls Finally, the folding table receives the filled wrapper. It helps the operator or mechanical system to fold the sides and then roll the spring roll. This step improves the shape of the product and reduces variations between pieces. BRETINOV also uses air blowing systems on its automatic modules. These prevent the wet wrapper from sticking during folding. Consequently, the line facilitates the production of consistent spring rolls before cooking, freezing, or packaging. A Better-Organized Production Process Podpfx Aezpw Etsbusrc The three parts work in a continuous sequence. First, the softening unit softens the wrapper. Next, the dispenser places the filling. Finally, the folding table shapes the product. This organization reduces movement and repetitive gestures. Furthermore, it helps teams to better control the recipe and presentation. BRETINOV develops its lines to reduce manual operations and improve operator comfort. Condition: good (used), Koma Pigs stunning device This device is suitable for the electrical stunning of animals. From 2019, Regulation (EC) No 1099/2009 of 24 September 2009 concerning the protection of animals at the time of killing applies. According to the new regulations, every animal slaughtering plant should record the stunting parameters. This device has a factory-installed recorder of the deafening parameters, which measures the deafening parameters during slaughter and records them on an SDHC memory card placed in the recorder's socket. The device with the recorder gives the possibility of remote assistance when setting the de-stunting parameters. Predjy Edvtopfx Abujc The operation  is based on the principle of automatic measurement of the body resistance of the deafened piece. In the ready-to-run state, there is only a low safe measuring voltage of approx. 15 V at the open electrodes of the forceps. When the electrodes are pressed against the animal's body, the resistance is measured and a deafening voltage of < 400 V is automatically applied, which is automatically switched off when the deafening process is completed (i.e. the electrodes are opened). Two electrodes are applied to the animal's head, while the third electrode, using a pneumatic actuator, is applied to the area of the heart, causing it to stop temporarily, as a result of which the blood stops flowing and the number of congested muscles decreases. By stopping the heart with the third electrode, it is possible to significantly reduce the incidence of adverse factors affecting the quality of the meat.
