The sale is made with the exclusion of any warranty for defects. Liability for intent, gross negligence, and damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected. Claims for defects that were fraudulently concealed also remain unaffected. An inspection of the machine is possible by arrangement. Fixed inspection dates on July 18th or August 1st from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at our premises in Stemwede.
