Condition: new, Year of construction: 2024, Single-shaft shredder HOKUTech special offer model H600 Compact, robust, high throughput The H600 high-performance shredder with its flexible application options can process all types of wood-based materials (hardwood, softwood, chipboard, MDF materials, plywood, veneer residues, etc.) into chips and achieves an enormous reduction in the volume of bulky materials. The hydraulically controlled pusher feeds the wood waste to be shredded into the cutting area of the rotor and is controlled automatically and load-dependent. The high-performance solid steel electric rotor has a diameter of 252 mm and operates at a rotor speed of 85-95 rpm. The concave-ground, aggressive and 4-way rotating knives / reversible cutting crowns are located in milled knife pockets on special knife carriers. This highly efficient system guarantees high throughput, low energy consumption and optimum discharge of the shredded material by reducing the cutting gap between the counter blade and the rotor. BASIC MACHINE - rigid steel frame construction - 2 workpiece clamping devices with integrated stop system - Separate adjustment of the clamping devices via rack and pinion gear in X-direction - Digital AC servomotors - The position of the clamping devices at the workpiece is program-controlled - Adjustment of the clamping devices between the separate processing steps in the processing area is possible. - Automatic measuring of the workpiece thickness and lengths by the clamps and the stop system - Blowing nozzle for safe removal of residual parts off the clamps 1.1 LOWER PROCESSING SUPPORT - Rigid aluminium cast construction - Integrated threefold divided table with selectable air cushion - Lateral stop system - Adjustment of the axes in Y- and Z-direction - Ball bearing spindle (Z-direction) and rack and pinion gear (Y-direction) - Digital AC servomotors - Suitable for fitting of various configurations 1.2 UPPER PROCESSING SUPPORT - Rigid aluminium cast construction - Integrated threefold divided pressure beam with selectable air cushion - Adjustment of the axes in Y- and Z-direction - Ball bearing spindle (Z-direction) and rack and pinion gear (Y-direction) - Digital AC servomotors - Suitable for fitting of various configurations 1.3 WORKPIECE DIMENSIONS workpiece length: min. 200 mm workpiece length: max. 2500 mm workpiece width: min. 70 mm workpiece width: max. 1000 mm - with restrictions in processing: 1300 mm workpiece thickness: min. 8 mm (2 x 4 mm) workpiece thickness: max. 80 mm (2 x 40mm) workpiece stacking: max. 2 pieces - same workpiece dimensions Note: - Workpieces must have a straight edge at the reference edge - Max. curve tolerance: +/- 0.5 mm for a work- piece length = 2000 mm - The workpiece length/width ratio should be >=1. The longer edge of the workpiece should be placed on the machine. - Warped workpieces (>= 0.3 mm) lead to a higher rate of processing tolerances and wear at the workpiece tables - Due to the chips no stackable workpieces can be guaranteed for router processings. - An external cleaning or extraction in the outfeed area is recommended. - For through holes of double parts the drilling quality depends on the workpiece material and the tool as well as on the feeding speed profile and the rotation speed of the drilling spindle. Thus, however, efficiency could possibly be reduced. 1.4 WORKPIECE FEEDING AREA - Air cushion table in rigid frame construction - Surface from Hornit board - integrated fan 1.5 WORKPIECE REMOVAL AREA - Cross belt conveyor in rigid frame construction - 8 transport belts, frequency-controlled drive - 8 electro-pneumatic controlled disengaging device 2.
