Condition: used, Year of construction: 2009, machine/vehicle number: FA71, Technical Specifications & Performance DataThe SMI SK450 T is a shrink wrapping machine for PET bottles, designed for secondary packaging applications within a used bottling line. Manufactured in 2009, this second hand unit includes a heating oven for controlled shrink-film processing and bundle formation. It is configured for industrial packaging operations requiring stable, transport-ready bottle packs.Manufacturer: SMIModel: SK450 TYear of production: 2009Capacity: 45 packs/minuteContainer type: PET bottlesIncluded equipment: Heating ovenPackage configurations: 0.5L in 3x3, 0.75L in 2x3, and 1.5L in 2x3Advanced Automation & Control SystemsThis shrink wrapping machine is intended for coordinated operation in an industrial packaging environment, where bottle infeed, film handling, heat shrinking, and discharge must remain synchronized. Its operating setup supports repeatable bundle production for the stated PET bottle formats. Installation and commissioning should include verification of the existing control interface, electrical connection, conveyor synchronization, and heating-oven operating parameters.Production Line Integration CapabilitiesThe SK450 T can be positioned downstream of filling, capping, labeling, or accumulation equipment to create multipacks for distribution. In a beverage production line, shrink wrapping provides a practical secondary-packaging stage between bottle handling and palletizing. The machine is suited to PET bottle bundles in 3x3 and 2x3 arrangements, allowing the line to handle the documented 0.5L, 0.75L, and 1.5L formats. For integration into a used bottling line, upstream and downstream conveyors should be matched to the machine's infeed and discharge flow. The heating oven forms part of the packaging process and should be assessed together with film transport components, bottle guides, and pack transfer arrangements during installation planning.Machine Condition & Maintenance HistoryThe machine is in production and remains operational until 30 September 2026. It is described as being in very good condition, with regular maintenance and extensive annual overhauls carried out by the manufacturer. This maintenance history is relevant for buyers seeking second hand bottling equipment with documented attention to operational continuity and packaging performance.Operational Performance & VersatilityWith a stated output of 45 packs per minute, the SMI SK450 T supports efficient shrink-film bundling of PET bottles for industrial packaging. The documented pack patterns provide flexibility for common beverage production formats, including compact 0.5L bundles and larger 0.75L and 1.5L bottle configurations. Shrink wrapping helps produce stable multipacks suitable for handling, storage, and onward palletizing.Installation Requirements & Site PreparationSite preparation should provide sufficient space for the shrink wrapper, heating oven, safe material flow, and access for operation and maintenance. The installation layout should account for bottle conveyors, film supply, bundle discharge, and connection to downstream packaging machinery. Electrical services and any required line utilities should be checked... Nsdjztwl Iepfx Abujwn
