Intended use:
The machine is used for mixing powdery solids, liquids, and pastes, as well as for incorporating fillers. The viscosity range can extend from thin-bodied to pasty.
Machine design:
The laboratory stand dissolver essentially consists of the machine frame, the lifting device, the drive for the mixing tool, the telescopic hood with spring pressure, the chuck, and the control cabinet (non-Ex) with control and compact controller.
In the working position, the container (provided by the customer) and the telescopic hood form a closed mixing chamber. A hose connection is provided on the hood, which serves according to the intended use.
The drive of the mixing tool is equipped with a speed adjustment via a frequency inverter. The arrangement, power, and speeds of the motors can be found in the attached project drawing.
The speed of the mixing tool, the mixing time/remaining mixing time, mixing sequences, and other functions can be displayed on the display of the compact controller.
Operation
Switching on and off is done via the corresponding buttons in the control cabinet.
Lifting the mixing tool drive
Lifting is done by switching on the lifting motor. This only runs as long as the push buttons (2-hand safety circuit UP-UP) are pressed. After releasing the buttons, the arm remains at any desired height.
Lowering the mixing tool drive
To lower the arm, the corresponding buttons (2-hand safety circuit DOWN-DOWN) on the control panel are pressed.
Changing the mixing tool
The mixing tool shaft is provided with an M8 connection thread. Depending on the requirements, the mixing tool (stirring star provided by the customer) can be unscrewed and replaced.
