Condition: new, functionality: fully functional, power: 125 kW (169.95 HP), fuel type: hybrid, color: other, Year of construction: 2026, Equipment: cabin, hydraulics, onboard computer, CONSTMACH FIXED 30 is a fully automatic stationary concrete plant specifically designed for medium-scale or long-term ready-mix concrete projects. Manufactured in compliance with CE standards, this plant is one of the top choices for professional users due to its high durability, long-lasting structure, and low maintenance requirements. Its ability to produce all types of concrete in precise proportions provides a comprehensive solution for the wide range of needs in the construction industry. Depending on the type of concrete to be produced in the FIXED 30 model, pan, single-shaft, twin-shaft, or planetary mixer options can be used. The system, which can be equipped with cement silos with capacities ranging from 50 to 500 tons depending on the project scale, facilitates the easy filling of bagged cement with optional blast bunker integration. It also features a customizable design for different climatic conditions; it can be heated with a steam generator and insulation system in cold regions, while cooling systems maintain the optimum concrete temperature in hot climates. Pre-feeding systems that eliminate the need for aggregate feeding ramps increase operational efficiency, while a bucket transport system can be preferred in sites with limited space, allowing for flexible layout plans. Condition: used, Brand: Kemper Maximum flour capacity: 125 kg Maximum dough capacity: 200 kg Bowl volume: 306 L Number of speeds: 2 Number of timers: 1 Hnsdpfszzz Szox Andsu Stainless steel bowl Stainless steel spiral Central kneading bar Bowl protection grid Electromechanical controls Analog timer Power supply: 380 V Increased motor power: 1.1 kW Frequency: 50 Hz Used Kemper SP125 spiral mixer – 125 kg of flour and 200 kg of dough General description The used Kemper SP125 spiral mixer is designed for bakery production that requires kneading large quantities of dough. Its capacity reaches 125 kg of flour, with a maximum load of 200 kg of dough, and a bowl of approximately 306 L. The identified unit has the designation "Type SPL" and "Größe 125" on its manufacturer's plate. It combines a stainless steel bowl and spiral with a two-speed operation. This configuration allows for distinguishing the initial mixing phase from the faster kneading phase, while maintaining a simple organization of the work cycle. Why this model stands out The Kemper SP125 primarily meets the needs of production where kneading capacity and cycle consistency are crucial. Its two speeds are complemented by two timers, allowing the working times to be organized according to the different phases of kneading. The machine also has two motorizations, according to the available data for this unit. The protection grid placed above the bowl limits access to the kneading area during operation. Its design is based on electromechanical controls and a three-phase power supply adapted to a production environment equipped for this type of equipment. Key advantages Maximum capacity of 125 kg of flour, suitable for high-volume production Maximum load of 200 kg of dough Bowl volume of approximately 306 L Two kneading speeds to differentiate work phases Two timers to organize cycle duration Stainless steel bowl and spiral Protection grid for the kneading area Two-motor configuration on this unit
