For both 90° and miter cuts. The smooth swiveling of the sawing unit allows for stepless and quick adjustment of any desired miter angle, using a clearly readable adjustment scale: one-sided up to 60° (acute angle 30°). Straight cuts and miter angles up to +45° can be cut automatically. Angles larger than 45° up to 60° are cut in a semi-automatic cycle. The stepless adjustable band speed and feed rate ensure the best results in terms of cutting performance and tool life. The standard Advanced Control system offers optimal machine operation. 99 sawing programs (length/quantity combinations) can be easily programmed in advance. After the programmed number of pieces has been reached, the machine switches off automatically. When used automatically, the minimum non-cutting time ensures maximum output. The precise ball screw drive in the material feed guarantees exact material length positioning.
