Suitable for use with bimetal and carbide saw bands. The saw unit is manufactured as a solid component from polymer concrete, providing maximum running smoothness and extended blade life. Guidance of the saw unit via a vertical and one round-column guide (double-column guide) with hardened and ground guide rails. Hydraulic saw band tensioning and hydraulically pre-tensioned carbide saw band guides. Material clamping is performed using two hydraulic vices. The machine controls offer simple operation.
