Condition: ready for operation (used), functionality: fully functional, The THIMON SWING PRO 5-sided strapping machine is a state-of-the-art industrial solution designed to provide complete pallet strapping using a single consumable. Thanks to its patented triangular arm technology combined with a motorized rotary table, it performs the packaging of all five sides of the pallet in a single cycle, while guaranteeing excellent load stability. This technology improves the protection of goods against dust, moisture, and stresses related to transport. Designed for the food processing, logistics, pharmaceutical, paper, or manufacturing industries, the WRA-PAL SWING PRO combines a high throughput with reduced stretch film consumption. Its motorized pre-stretch module and 1,000 mm film width allow for a reduction in consumable usage of 20 to 40% while improving load retention. Furthermore, its capacity to accommodate reels up to 100 kg offers significantly greater autonomy than conventional systems and limits production downtime. The machine easily adapts to different pallet sizes thanks to its numerous adjustments. Its cutting and heat-sealing device eliminates film tails at the end of the cycle, while its patented pleated film system reinforces the cohesion between the pallet and the load. In addition, the use of a single film for all five sides guarantees inviolable product protection and improves their preservation during storage and transport. At Europ'Équipement, this strapping machine undergoes a complete overhaul before being sold. Each component is inspected, serviced, and tested to offer manufacturers a reliable, high-performance, and immediately operational solution, while significantly reducing the investment compared to new equipment. Condition: used, Skinetta ASK 450 Stretch Banding Machine Intended use of the machine: The stretch banding machines in the SKINETTA series are designed for tightly wrapping individual or multiple products with polyethylene film. In contrast to shrink-wrapping machines, the film is stretched tightly around the packaging before sealing. This tension is the main advantage of the process, reducing film consumption by up to 20%. A particular advantage of the patented SKINETTA sealing system is the stepless, precise metering. The film is sealed in a very small area (welded), creating a clean seal with minimal overhang. By using a SKINETTAther or SKINETTAshrink hot air hood and a sufficiently wide film, the overhanging film overhang can be reduced laterally. This increases the stability of the container and prevents individual products in correspondingly grouped containers from falling out sideways. With suitable additional devices, a complete closure of the containers is possible by sealing, crimping, and folding the sides. The SKINETTA stretch banding machine program includes six basic models for film widths from 25 mm to 200, 290, 440, 590, 790, and 1250 mm. To increase output, two- to four-lane systems are available in addition to the single-lane version. - With the SK series (semi-automatic), the products are grouped on the machine table by an operator. Insertion into the film and the subsequent stretch banding process is triggered either by a foot switch or a two-hand control. Full automation is possible at a later date (except for the SK 200 model). - With the ASK series (fully automatic), the products are fed, grouped, and then banded fully automatically using appropriate additional equipment. A modular system of feeding, grouping, forming, and special equipment, based on over 20 years of experience, allows adaptation to the most diverse customer tasks with proven standard elements.
