The line was only used for seasonal production only (2 months a year), therefore the working hours are very low. As the sales volumes are not further increasing, the seller decided to sell the line and stop the production. The line is still assembled and can be shown.
It is possible to handle different formats of pouch bags and to do hot filling up to 85°C. The current owner used it for Cocktails but it can also be used for various other non carbonated drinks.

The line is complete and starts with the storage of potato flakes. These are subsequently mixed in the correct ratio. The system can also process other raw materials, such as bread dough or alternative ingredients – for which an additional big bag station is available.
After mixing, the product is weighed and further blended before being conveyed to the Rheon forming machines.
The Rheon machines form the product; if desired, an internal filling can also be applied. The product is then transferred to the breading drum and subsequently to the spiral freezer, where the exterior is hardened to guarantee good packability.
After freezing, the product is weighed by a multihead weigher and packed in doypack pouches.
