Single rotor shredders are some of the most universal chipping platforms out there. Best known for shredding various types of wood (Briquettes, hardwood, softwood, lumber), the platform can easily be adapted to numerous other substances such as rubbers, plastics, paper, light metals and general waste. When implemented by woodworking companies into their current lineup this machine can turn woodworking and furniture making waste into briquetteable particles which is easier to store, transport and sell. Our VVS-600 provides you with features found in much more powerful and expensive shredding units while keeping the price down to earth. A couple of them: The horizontal hydraulic ram: - Assists the rotor by pushing the material to provide maximum working area efficiency. - Is controlled by an algorithm to ensure safety and efficiency - Gimbal-mounted hydraulics provide a high lifetime - Enclosed hydraulics to reduce noise, vibrations and increase safety Drivetrain: - The drivetrain is protected against hits from foreign objects by using a twin-disengagement system which is easily resettable and serviceable. - Offset placement of the rotor bearings keeps them away from dust and heat buildup. Rotor: - The centrepiece of the rotor is milled from a single block of high-grade steel. - In case of severe damage to the rotor or its shafts due to a foreign object, the latter can be replaced without the need to replace the whole unit – costs saved for the user! - Blade holders are replaceable – unlike welded-in options, our rotor does not need to be replaced if the blade holders get damaged. - 4-sided rotatable blades – a single blade will last you 4 times as long. - Counter blades can be adjusted to compensate for the increased tolerances once the blades start wearing out – longer runtime with a single set of blades. Output: - Output volume and particle size is controlled by an interchangeable sieve screen which is adapted based on the material used. - The shredded material can be transported out of the machine by using different types of transporters, including air, belt and screw conveyors. Affordable pricing, proven reliability, easy maintenance, warranty, quick service and parts delivery – these are just a couple of reasons to choose our VVS series of shredders.

Condition: new, functionality: fully functional, Year of construction: 2026, Product overviews of Waste Industrial Timber Wood Pallet Double Shaft Shredder Shredders can generally be used to shred hard-to-break plastics, rubber, large tires, large nylon materials, large pieces of fishing nets, fibers, paper, wood, electrical devices, cables, PET bottles, cardboard, wood, plastic barrels, etc. Solid objects. The main function of the equipment is to squeeze the bulk materials and large-diameter drum metal materials that are not convenient for transportation through the shear of the shredder, and shred them into sheets that meet the requirements. The main structure of the double-shaft shredder is a feed hopper, a knife roller, a driving device, a bearing, a hydraulic system, and an electric control box system. Working principle: All kinds of waste materials enter the shredding chamber through the feeding hopper. The double-knife rollers do relative rotation to shred and cut the materials, and then the materials are discharged from the shredder to achieve the shredding of large pieces of materials. Applicable materials and fields Double shaft shredder is one of ethential equipment for waste recycling in following fields and materials: +Bulky Waste: Sofa,Mattress,Chair, Funiture,Windows, etc +Industrial Waste: Textiles,Leather,Rubbers, Leathers ,General industrial waste, etc +Hazardous Solid waste: Medical waste,Paint sludge,Radioactive waste,Hazardous waste oil drum,Jumbo bag,etc +Paper waste: Carton,Cardboard,Book,Newspaper,Document,Brochure,Packaging paper, etc +Garden waste: Branch, Wood pallet, Trunks, Boards, etc +Domestic waste +Biomass straw: Straw, Bamboo, Corn, Sorghum straw, Bean straw, Fruit shell, Palm shell, etc +Scrap metal: Car Shell, Aluminum casting, Household appliances, Scrap light metal,Automobile hub,etc +Paper mill waste: Paper mill slag, Paper mill rope, Paper mill offcut, etc +Wood pallet, scrap furniture, waste chair, tree roots recycling, etc. Double shaft shredder main body: The main body is welded with excellent steel plate to ensure the stability of the equipment under heavy load for a long time. Bljdpfxevn D I Ne Al Aon Bearing: The bearing seat is split and easy to disassemble, and the movable knife, fixed knife, bearing and other parts can be quickly removed, and it is easy to maintain and replace the knife. The sealing structure can avoid the contact of broken materials and grease, and can also protect bearings and gears when handling liquid materials.

Condition: new, Year of construction: 2026, Weima Hacker/Shredder WL 8 with Top Equipment - 2nd knife row, log spacer, 4-sided segment base, discharge auger with geared motor, Fast hydraulic reverse with shock valve The single-shaft shredder WL 8 is a proven classic for shredding wood waste of all kinds. It is used, for example, thousands of times in wood processing companies worldwide. The high number of these highly sought-after shredders guarantees a tried-and-tested and reliable technology at the best price-performance ratio. The machines are characterized by their very robust design, which ensures an extremely long service life (even outdoors). Intuitive operation thanks to Siemens PLC control with touch display To ensure that the electronics are optimally matched to the machine, we design, build and wire our control cabinets ourselves. We use only high-quality components for this – for example from Siemens or Rittal. Intuitively operated touch surfaces guarantee quick adjustments. Functions such as setting the gate timing or stop ensure a high throughput. The built-in overload protection also prevents damage to the machine. No material bridging thanks to self-cutting hopper design The hopper performs several tasks at once. The material to be shredded is initially fed into it – manually, mechanically or via a conveyor belt. The generous opening also makes it easy to fill in very large parts. However, its special design, which is rounded at the front and thus effectively prevents material bridging, is crucial for shredding. Even with bulky parts, the shredder cuts itself free. If required, hopper extensions and lids with gas springs are also available. Long-lasting rotor bearings thanks to offset design Due to the extreme stress during shredding, a rotor bearing must be particularly robust. To prevent dust or foreign objects from entering its interior, we have separated it from the machine frame. This also makes it very easy to maintain and access. Condition: new, Year of construction: 2025, Wood chips are a common by-product generated by woodworking companies during the manufacturing process. Due to low options for realization wood chips are usually discarded by selling it to heating plants for a low price. Our MM-2000 hammer mill allows companies to turn wood chips into briquettable sawdust by shredding and crushing it through metal screens also known as sieves. Bjdpfxjfh R I Aj Al Aeln Quick-release hatches allow quick and easy access for maintenance while keeping workers safe. Blades of the machine are not fixed and spin freely due to the centrifugal principle. This means that blades take less damage on impact and have an extended lifetime. Fixed blades can be ordered if required for specific produce. The mill can be ordered to fit various produce and applications ranging from reducing biomass waste to spice production, chemical and mineral. The perforated sieves and blades are easily interchangeable to adjust for different types of materials and purposes. Free test-mill of material is available on demand.
