Condition: new, Year of construction: 2026, functionality: fully functional, power: 11 kW (14.96 HP), A triple pass rotary drum dryer is a type of industrial dryer that is used to reduce or remove moisture from a material. It gets its name from the three rotating drums through which the material passes, each with a different purpose in the drying process. This type of dryer is commonly used in the production of various bulk solids, including minerals, agricultural products, and biomass. Here are the key features and components of a triple pass rotary drum dryer: 1. Triple Pass Design: - The material being dried passes through three rotating drums or cylinders, hence the term "triple pass." Each drum serves a specific purpose in the drying process. 2. Material Flow: - The material enters the dryer and first passes through the innermost drum. After the initial drying phase, it moves to the middle drum and then to the outer drum, undergoing additional drying in each pass. Ijdpfxsq Nfuzo Acpoih 3. Heat Source: - Heat is typically provided by a combustion system, such as a burner or furnace, located at one end of the drum dryer. The hot gases generated by the combustion process flow through the rotating drums, transferring heat to the material. 4. Air Flow: - The dryer is designed to optimize air flow through the drums, ensuring efficient drying. In a triple pass design, the material and hot gases move counter-currently through the three drums, enhancing heat transfer and drying efficiency. 5. Lifting Flights or Lifters: - Lifters are internal components inside the drums designed to lift and cascade the material as it rotates. This movement promotes good heat transfer and uniform drying. 6. Retention Time: - The triple pass configuration allows for an extended retention time of the material in the drying system. This longer exposure to heat enhances the drying efficiency, making the triple pass rotary drum dryer suitable for materials with high moisture content. 7. Cooling Section: - After the material completes the three passes and reaches the end of the drum dryer, a cooling section may be included to reduce the temperature of the dried material before it is discharged. 8. Applications: - Triple pass rotary drum dryers are used in various industries, including agriculture (drying crops like grains), minerals (drying ores or concentrates), and biomass (drying wood chips or other organic materials). 9. Efficiency and Energy Consumption: - Triple pass rotary drum dryers are known for their high efficiency due to the extended drying time and effective heat transfer. However, they may have higher energy consumption compared to single or double pass dryers. When selecting a triple pass rotary drum dryer, it's essential to consider factors such as the type of material to be dried, required moisture reduction, and overall processing requirements. Proper design and operation are crucial to achieving optimal drying performance. Technical details We have different options for different requirements, please contact our team for more info.

Year of construction: 2020, condition: new, 7 "Touch Panel The large color touch panel looks aesthetically and is comfortable and intuitive to use. You will set all important parameters on it. Memory of 20 programs with 10 events It is possible to save up to 20 programs and activate up to 10 consecutive time-temperature events arranged in the heating curve. This is especially needed for more demanding processes. Information on gas / oil consumption The consumption is calculated based on the burner settings. This feature will allow you to estimate the cost of a given cycle, plan consumption and check personnel. Dual-channel recorder of USB cycle parameters Each furnace is equipped with a recorder that records all firing parameters, including two temperature channels - like in an airplane black box, on a USB flash drive. The system also enables the analysis of monthly / daily statements, including media consumption and performance. Each start of heating, opening the door, can be recreated, a few years back. Such a dedicated option is not offered by any manufacturer. It is a system developed from scratch by our programmers Automatic smoke exhaust chimney Isdpfx Acjfz U Hvspsih The chimney can be programmed to open a few minutes before the end of the firing in order to smoke the chamber. It can be remotely controlled from the panel, it does not need to be done mechanically as in most structures. Minute forecast until the end The cycle has started, how long will it end? calculating the heating dynamics, we will count it and show on the display how much longer it will take. To open it, just pull the door. The lock has adjustable pressure of the door, to close it just push it, the lock will catch the door and automatically pull it back. In order to minimize the effect of heating the hall when opening the door, a hood is installed above the door to remove some of the heat to other places. The MTS system was created to provide a real reading of the temperature of the furnace chamber. Standard measurement is based on one temperature measurement which is often wrong.MTS is a system of many sensors located in the outermost places of the chamber. The multi-zone heating system ensures a firing quality that has been so far unique. Each normal oven has only one heating zone and only one temperature measurement! The multi zone heat system supports up to 8 independent heating zones in one oven. Each heating zone has as many as 3 temperature sensors! When there are temperature differences between zones, they are automatically equalized! The system helps to combat the problem when elements of different material thicknesses enter the furnace.

Condition: excellent (used), Mathis THN 10988 Laboratory Thermosoling System Application: This combination of padding and drying unit has proven to be highly effective in practice. It is used in this form for a variety of hot air treatment processes, such as drying, fixing, condensing, thermosoling, etc. The system is used wherever a specific sample size is required, for example, for the production of sample collections or similar applications. Drying Unit THN If all of the aforementioned applications are to be guaranteed, and the use of needle frames is also desired during individual operation of the drying unit, the THN model is preferred. The standard needle frames are suitable for a sample size of max. 50 x 50 cm (larger needle frames are available upon request). If all of the above applications are to be guaranteed and the use of needle frames is also desired for stand-alone operation of the drying unit, the THN model is preferred. The standard needle frames are suitable for samples up to a size of 50 x 50 cm (larger needle frames are available upon request). Length-adjustable frames for fabrics or length and width-adjustable material holders for knitted fabrics, meshes, non-woven fabrics, etc., as well as clamping frames for foils and paper, are available. Drying Chamber Iiedju D Arispfx Acpsh The drying chamber with electrical distribution box and control panel is mounted and screwed onto a base frame. A double-walled construction with insulation in between ensures good thermal insulation of the drying unit. The 1300 mm long nozzle arrangement is divided into an upper and a lower nozzle chamber. A control flap allows the ventilation to be evenly regulated from above and below, or the air flow to be regulated from above or below. Fan and Heater A powerful fan with a capacity of approximately 900–3500 m³/h, in combination with an optimally matched heating output, ensures intensive air circulation and thus optimal evaporation performance. A double-protected monitoring system reduces maintenance effort and increases the operational safety of the drying unit. The heating output is designed for rapid heating and is automatically reduced after the desired temperature is reached, in order to avoid unnecessary power surges.
