The side roll (bending roll) is mounted as standard with steel supports and bearings, and bronze pads on the outside guarantee maximum reliability and minimal friction over time. The rotation of the rolls is applied to the UPPER roll and the LOWER roll via a gearbox and a self-braking motor, and the translations and sheet clamping also use motors and gearboxes from leading brands. Equipped with hardened rolls, motorized translation and clamping, preparation for mounting profiled rolls and a conical device positioned directly in the upper roll, these machines represent the best compromise between absolute quality and ease of use for the operator for the most varied cylindrical and conical calendering operations. As standard, the upper roll opens laterally to extract the calendered sleeve. MACHINE CONFIGURATION: UPPER and LOWER ROLLS, MOTORIZED, rotating with equal power. SIDE ROLL, MOTORIZED, for up/down movement. MOTORIZED SHEET CLAMPING. DIGITAL DISPLAY for the position of the side roll. DIGITAL DISPLAY for the sheet clamping height. ROLL HARDENING: HRC 55/60, DEPTH 2 mm. Side roll supports in steel + sealed bearings + external bronze pads. PREPARATION FOR INCLINING the side roll(s) to create cones (conical device excluded). EXTERNAL CONTROL LEVER for roll inclination (right) for FX3.2/FX3.3 - (right + left) for FX4.1/FX4.2. PREPARATION FOR PROFILED ROLLS. FOOT PEDAL: 2 PEDALS + control for side roll up/down movement and sheet clamping + emergency stop button. ELECTRONIC CONTROL of feed stages. ELECTRICAL PANEL COMPLIANT WITH CE STANDARDS.
