The FX3-3 series distinguishes the asymmetrical 3-roll mechanical calendering machines with a simple FULL FEED system.
The side roll (bending roll) is mounted as standard with steel supports and bearings, and bronze pads on the outside guarantee maximum reliability and minimal friction over time. The rotation of the rolls is applied to the UPPER roll and the LOWER roll via a gearbox and a self-braking motor, and the translations and sheet clamping also use motors and gearboxes from leading brands.
Equipped with hardened rolls, motorized translation and clamping, preparation for mounting profiled rolls and a conical device positioned directly in the upper roll, these machines represent the best compromise between absolute quality and ease of use for the operator for the most varied cylindrical and conical calendering operations.
As standard, the upper roll opens laterally to extract the calendered sleeve.
