Condition: excellent (used), Year of construction: 2022, operating hours: 1,000 h, functionality: fully functional, machine/vehicle number: SN210551, overall weight: 14,000 kg, type of input current: AC, input voltage: 400 V, power: 400 kW (543.85 HP), Equipment: type plate available, A MIXACO heating/cooling mixer is a combined system consisting of a heating mixer and a downstream cooling mixer, specifically designed for the processing of powders, granules, and compounds (e.g., PVC dry blends, WPC, or masterbatches). Technical specifications – summary (details can be found in the documents): Hot mixer: • Volume: 3500 liters – Usable volume: 2500 liters • Tip speed: 5-50 m/s • Made of duplex steel – 1.4462 stainless steel • Power drive with 400 kW FC controlled • Vacuum up to 150 mbar abs. Cold mixer: • Volume: 9000 liters – Usable volume: 7650 liters • Tip speed: 3.5 – 7 m/s • Made of 1.4541 stainless steel • Power drive with 90 kW FC controlled Nodpfx Aez Iww Rsbujwn The operating principle is divided into two physically and apparatus-wise separate process phases: 1. The heating mixer phase (heating and homogenizing) • Mechanical friction: In the heating mixer, a modular mixing tool rotates at a high circumferential speed (approx. 10–40 m/s). The intense flow and vortex formation (mixing vortex) causes the particles of the mixture to rub intensely against each other. • Heating: This mechanical friction generates the necessary thermal energy directly in the product, quickly and evenly heating the material to the desired target temperature (sometimes exceeding 100 °C). • Recipe component addition: At the same time, all recipe components, such as additives, dyes, or liquids, are perfectly homogeneously distributed. An integrated aspiration system also ensures the dehumidification of the mixture. 2. The transfer • Once the target temperature defined in the process program is reached, a contoured, dead-space-free outlet opens on the heating mixer. • The hot, homogeneous mixture is transferred with minimal residue and quickly to the cooling mixer, which is located directly below or next to it. The heating mixer is then immediately available for the next batch. 3. The cooling mixer phase (gentle cooling) • Heat exchange: In the cooling mixer (available in vertical or horizontal design), the hot material is passed over cooled surfaces. • Water cooling: A targeted cooling water circuit in the double jacket (bottom and side walls) efficiently removes thermal energy from the dry blend. • Agglomeration prevention: A slow, material-friendly stirring mechanism keeps the mixture in motion until the final storage temperature is reached. This prevents caking (compaction) due to residual heat before the material is transferred to silos or further processing. Summary created with AI. The units can be inspected in operation in the Netherlands. The system for sale was used in the R&D center of UBQ for development purposes. This explains the very good condition for the low number of production hours. We also have a steel structure available for the setup. This is not included in the price. If there is interest, it can be negotiated separately. Currently, the system is located outside of Europe – we need to determine whether direct transport is feasible or whether import to Europe by UBQ is more sensible (which would allow for a sale within Europe with a reverse-charge mechanism).

Condition: used, Year of construction: 2020, Temperature-controlled processing tanks are vital in various industries, including food, pharmaceuticals, and chemical manufacturing, where precise temperature management is essential for product quality and safety. Here’s a detailed overview of temperature-controlled processing tanks: Njdpfxey E Hy Us Abuswn What is a Temperature-Controlled Processing Tank? A temperature-controlled processing tank is a vessel designed to maintain a specific temperature range during the processing of materials. These tanks are equipped with heat exchange systems, temperature sensors, and control mechanisms that ensure the contents remain at the desired temperature throughout the processing cycle. Key Features - Heating and Cooling Systems: - Heaters: Can be electric or steam-based to raise the temperature of the contents. - Chillers: Usually water or glycol-based cooling systems to lower the temperature. - Insulation: Tanks often come with insulation to minimize heat loss or gain from external environments, maintaining stable internal conditions. - Temperature Control Systems: Sophisticated controllers and sensors (like thermocouples) monitor and adjust the temperature in real-time, providing precise control over the processing environment. - Mixing Mechanisms: Many temperature-controlled tanks have integrated mixers or agitators to ensure uniform temperature distribution throughout the contents. - Material Construction: Typically made from stainless steel or other materials that are resistant to corrosion and can withstand high temperatures. Applications in the Food Industry - Pasteurization: Heating milk and other liquids to kill bacteria while maintaining product quality. - Cooking: Precise temperature control during cooking processes (e.g., making sauces, soups, or jams) to ensure proper texture and flavor. - Fermentation: Regulating temperatures during fermentation processes (e.g., beer, yogurt) to ensure the right conditions for microbial activity. - Storage: Maintaining the quality of sensitive ingredients (like chocolate or dairy) by controlling temperatures to prevent spoilage. Advantages of Temperature-Controlled Processing Tanks - Quality Assurance: Consistent temperatures lead to uniform product quality, flavor, and texture. - Safety: Helps in maintaining food safety standards by ensuring thorough cooking or pasteurization processes. - Energy Efficiency: Advanced control systems can optimize energy use, reducing operating costs. - Versatility: Suitable for various processes including heating, cooling, and maintaining temperatures for different food products. Considerations - Control Precision: The accuracy of temperature control systems is crucial; look for tanks with advanced control features for better reliability. - Cleaning: Ensure that the tank design allows for easy cleaning to comply with sanitation standards, especially in the food industry. - Integration: Consider how easily the tank can be integrated into existing processing lines and systems. High shear mixers are essential equipment in the food processing industry, particularly for emulsifying, blending, and homogeneously mixing ingredients with varying viscosity levels. Here’s an overview of how they work and their applications: What is a High Shear Mixer? A high shear mixer is designed to create high shear forces that thoroughly mix ingredients together. It typically consists of a rotor-stator assembly where the rotor rapidly spins, creating a vacuum that draws ingredients into the m...
