Used Lödige Hot-Cold Mixer for sale (6,456)

Year of construction: 2023, operating hours: 1,500 h, condition: excellent (used), functionality: fully functional, Abstracts This is a high-quality system that mixes and homogenizes up to 3 additives in a hot mixer. The control system is included in the scope of supply. First, the material is transported from the production area to a storage silo. From this first silo, the material is fed into the hot mixer, then into the cooler, and finally into a second silo for intermediate storage. After that, there is the option to directly fill the powder onto a big bag filling scale or to compress it into pellets using a pellet press and then fill them. The steel structure is included in the scope of supply. Where necessary, the system is designed according to ATEX standards. In the Documents section, you will find a detailed English and German description of the complete scope of this system. Do not hesitate to call us to discuss and demonstrate the system. A similar system can be inspected in Europe. Main machines: • Mixaco hot mixer HM3000 - 400 kW • Mixaco cooling mixer KM9000 - 90 kW • Steel structure • AZO feeding station and gravimetric dosing for 2 solids and 1 liquid • AZO 2 special dosing scales for difficult-to-flow powders or solids • AZO 4 transport line, pressure and vacuum conveying • AZO 2 metrologically verifiable big bag filling stations • AZO control system • Kreyenborg silos ATEX 15 m³ Dsdpfjztc Nfjx Al Seku • Kahl pelletizer 37-850 – 132 kW with box cooler and accessories The system was in operation at an R&D center in Israel. As the company now operates a production facility in Europe, the R&D center will be closed. The machines will be transported to Europe at the owner's expense and can be delivered at a port or in the production facility in Europe, EXW. The details for optimal transport need to be clarified. The machine price does not include packaging.

Condition: excellent (used), Year of construction: 2022, operating hours: 1,000 h, functionality: fully functional, machine/vehicle number: SN210551, overall weight: 14,000 kg, type of input current: AC, input voltage: 400 V, power: 400 kW (543.85 HP), Equipment: type plate available, A MIXACO heating/cooling mixer is a combined system consisting of a heating mixer and a downstream cooling mixer, specifically designed for the processing of powders, granules, and compounds (e.g., PVC dry blends, WPC, or masterbatches). Technical specifications – summary (details can be found in the documents): Hot mixer: • Volume: 3500 liters – Usable volume: 2500 liters • Tip speed: 5-50 m/s • Made of duplex steel – 1.4462 stainless steel • Power drive with 400 kW FC controlled • Vacuum up to 150 mbar abs. Cold mixer: • Volume: 9000 liters – Usable volume: 7650 liters • Tip speed: 3.5 – 7 m/s • Made of 1.4541 stainless steel • Power drive with 90 kW FC controlled The operating principle is divided into two physically and apparatus-wise separate process phases: 1. The heating mixer phase (heating and homogenizing) • Mechanical friction: In the heating mixer, a modular mixing tool rotates at a high circumferential speed (approx. 10–40 m/s). The intense flow and vortex formation (mixing vortex) causes the particles of the mixture to rub intensely against each other. • Heating: This mechanical friction generates the necessary thermal energy directly in the product, quickly and evenly heating the material to the desired target temperature (sometimes exceeding 100 °C). • Recipe component addition: At the same time, all recipe components, such as additives, dyes, or liquids, are perfectly homogeneously distributed. An integrated aspiration system also ensures the dehumidification of the mixture. 2. The transfer • Once the target temperature defined in the process program is reached, a contoured, dead-space-free outlet opens on the heating mixer. • The hot, homogeneous mixture is transferred with minimal residue and quickly to the cooling mixer, which is located directly below or next to it. The heating mixer is then immediately available for the next batch. 3. The cooling mixer phase (gentle cooling) Djdsz Iww Ropfx Al Soku • Heat exchange: In the cooling mixer (available in vertical or horizontal design), the hot material is passed over cooled surfaces. • Water cooling: A targeted cooling water circuit in the double jacket (bottom and side walls) efficiently removes thermal energy from the dry blend. • Agglomeration prevention: A slow, material-friendly stirring mechanism keeps the mixture in motion until the final storage temperature is reached. This prevents caking (compaction) due to residual heat before the material is transferred to silos or further processing. Summary created with AI. The units can be inspected in operation in the Netherlands. The system for sale was used in the R&D center of UBQ for development purposes. This explains the very good condition for the low number of production hours. We also have a steel structure available for the setup. This is not included in the price. If there is interest, it can be negotiated separately. Currently, the system is located outside of Europe – we need to determine whether direct transport is feasible or whether import to Europe by UBQ is more sensible (which would allow for a sale within Europe with a reverse-charge mechanism).

Year of construction: 2006, condition: excellent (used), Dispensing hot food products is normally associated with a number of health and safety risks. These risks are minimized with a fully automated dispensing system. The controls make sure that the operator avoids any direct contact with the 90°C hot product. The automatic bag-packing unit seals the bags once they are filled. Furthermore the need for lifting products over long distances is reduced since the ready packaged dishes are transported from the filling station to the operator via a small conveyer belt. This prevents inappropriate working positions. HOT-FILL DOS 3 ensures uniform portions. The quantity is controlled via the touch- screen display. The display also controls how quickly the product is to be dispensed allowing for flexibility in the workflow. The fully automated HOT-FILL DOS 3 sucks the product directly from the kettle and is fitted with a temperature alarm consistently ensuring the correct temperature of the product. Condition: used, General Overview Pasteurising, cooling, chilling, curing, emulsifying, reconstituting, incubating and mixing are all processes essential in the food processing laboratory. The Armfield Multi-Purpose Processing Vessel is capable of carrying out all of these functions as a self-contained,mobile unit. Its mobility allows it to be positioned in the laboratory adjacent to other equipment that it may be acting as a service to, and also makes it easily stowable. The hygienically designed jacketed vessel has a working capacity of between 10 and 15 litres which allows experimentation and demonstrations without the need for large quantities of raw materials. An electrical heating element positioned at the base of the jacket heats water in the jacket which in turn heats the contents of the vessel. This method gives a gentle transfer of heat to ingredients that are often heat sensitive and local 'hot spots' are avoided due to the convective distribution of the heat. Cooling is accomplished by simply metering water from a domestic supply through the jacket. Chilling involves the circulation of chilled water in a closed circuit through an ice bank circulator incorporated in the base of the unit. An emulsifier having a variable speed drive and several options of emulsor head can be lowered into the process fluid. Hands-on experience can be gained by students and full instrumentation allows a complete record of the process to be compiled. An automatic valve changeover system enables uncomplicated operation requiring the student/trainee to simply select the particular process required rather than have to operate an array of manual valves. Djdpfx Aoydh Agjl Seku Description Where necessary, refer to the drawings in Equipment Diagrams section 8. 9.1 Overview The stainless steel jacketed vessel (1) has a polished, hygienic finish and a working capacity of between 10 and 15 litres. Its contents are heated indirectly by cartridge heater (16) in the base of the jacket. The heater is protected from over-temperature by a thermostat (17) adjacent to it. An emulsifier (2) can be lowered into or raised out of the vessel using the locking handle (5). The on/off and variable speed control (14) of this unit are situated on the motor housing and not on the control console. A green running light (7) indicates when the emulsor motor is switched on. The emulsor head (3) can easily be interchanged with any of the alternatives supplied by simply removing the finger-nuts securing the head to the drive shaft. A lid (6) is provided to prevent any airborne contamination during long periods of heat treatment. Chilled water is circulated from an ice bank unit (12) situated beneath the processing vessel. After a period of time required to build up an ice bank, this will provide chilled water to the vessel jacket, cooling the contents to a temperature suitable for storage/curing. The ice bank is usually used after an initial rapid cooling by circulating cold water from a domestic supply. 3-way valves (10) and (11) are used to automatically select either open circuit domestic supply cooling or closed circuit chilled water cooling. In both cases the water passes through a flowmeter (13) where the flow rate can be adjusted manually by control valve (14). From the flowmeter, the water enters the base of the vessel jacket after passing through an in-line non-return valve (15). The water leaves the jacket diagonally opposite the inlet, at the top of the vessel. A pressure relief valve is incorpor...
