Used Treif Falcon Evolution for sale (218)

Condition: good (used), Year of construction: 2018, The TREIF FALCON evolution is an advanced, high-speed industrial slicer and portion cutter for red meat, pork, poultry, and cheese – both bone-in and boneless. Introduced in 2018, the machine scans each piece with cameras, weighs it using an integrated scale, and automatically selects the cutting point to produce portions of a specified weight or thickness. This enables the production of consistent portions at high throughput and replaces manual portioning and weight control in processing plants. How does the TREIF FALCON evolution work? The product is placed on a conveyor and fed to a gripper, which guides it through the machine, while an upper clamp stabilizes the piece during cutting. Cameras scan the product from four sides, and an integrated scale measures its weight, allowing the software to combine anatomical and volumetric portioning. The blade is guided along the product’s contour and cuts slices or portions whose weight or thickness are automatically calibrated to the preset value. The portions are placed on the discharge conveyor and can be transferred to subsequent machines in the line, such as packaging, tray-loading, or freezing machines. The machine can be equipped with a pre-conveyor, a checkweigher, and sorting stations, which increase the accuracy and automation of the process. Key Benefits of the TREIF FALCON evolution The combination of high cutting speed, the 4D system, and stable product guidance delivers high throughput with repeatable precision, which limits portion giveaway and improves yield. The machine can divide product into portions in different weight categories at the press of a button, and optional software, including a Performance Pack that increases output and yield optimisation modules, lets the machine be matched to the plant’s requirements. The Premium-Hygiene-Design construction is open, and the opening mechanism and reduced accessory weight allow quick, easy cleaning and lower maintenance effort. An optional downstream check weigher (up to 300 weighing cycles per minute) with feedback control continuously regulates giveaway, while optional sorting, a robot for sorting and placement, a portioning separator, and a grouping unit reduce the need for manual work. Condition: excellent (used), Year of construction: 2014, The set on offer is a TREIF TWISTER AT Cube Cutter combined with a STORM engineering loading lift (Hebe- und Kippvorrichtung), forming a complete, automated dicing station. The set additionally includes knife blocks of 6, 8, and 30 mm, allowing different grades of the finished product to be produced without needing to purchase extra tooling. How does the TREIF TWISTER AT with the STORM lift work? Raw material is placed in a transport container, which is raised and tilted by the STORM lift, emptying its contents directly into the loading chamber of the TWISTER AT cutter. Inside the machine, raw material passes through the cutting assembly, where interchangeable knives (a quick tool-change system requiring no additional instruments) cut it into cubes, strips, or slices, depending on the tooling used and the selected cutting program. Control is handled via a touchscreen panel with stored cutting programs, allowing quick switching between settings when changing products or knife spacing. Key advantages of the TREIF TWISTER AT with STORM set The STORM loading lift eliminates manual lifting and emptying of raw material containers, reducing operator physical strain and speeding up the feeding of successive batches into the cutter. Its IP65 protection rating allows the lift to operate under conditions of frequent station washdown. The included set of additional knife blocks (6, 8, and 30 mm) extends the machine’s capabilities to further cube sizes without needing to purchase separate tooling, which matters for plants with frequently changing product ranges. The solid construction of the TWISTER AT cutter, weighing 950 kg, and its power supply suited to a wide voltage range (380–480 V) ensure stable operation across different electrical installations.
