The system is designed to process a maximum volume of approximately 100 m³ of product (feed) per day. If, at a later stage, the daily processing capacity needs to be increased or the installed membrane surface becomes insufficient due to unforeseeable fouling effects, two empty slots are provided for retrofitting additional membrane housings.
