Condition: ready for operation (used), functionality: fully functional, The Tecma Pack FM1200p box erector automates the process of forming flat-folded cardboard blanks into tray-style boxes. It forms and then glues the flaps to create regular tray boxes, ready to receive products. A tray box is essentially a cardboard tray with raised side walls. This design facilitates the loading of products while providing good support during handling, storage, and transportation. This format is particularly suitable for packaged food products, trays, pouches, and items intended for quick shelf placement. Tray boxes are among the common formats produced by industrial box erectors and tray formers. Forming and hot melt gluing First, the operator loads the cardboard blanks into the machine's magazine. Then, the FM1200P takes each blank and performs the various folds. Next, it forms the side walls and applies hot melt adhesive to the designated areas. Finally, the machine discharges a formed and glued box to the next station. As a result, it provides packaging that is ready for manual or automatic filling. This process improves the consistency of the boxes and significantly reduces manual operations at the end of the line. Integration into a packaging line Blsdpfx Adey Nxnlohop The Tecma Pack FM1200P can operate upstream of a loading station, a case packer, or a conveyor. Thus, the formed tray boxes can receive products directly before closing, labeling, or palletizing. Furthermore, its programmable logic controller (PLC) facilitates cycle monitoring. The hot melt gluing system also ensures consistent box assembly. With a stated output of 1,200 boxes per hour, the machine meets the needs of industrial production lines that require a continuous flow. A clearly identifiable box format Therefore, the FM1200P does not produce a generic cardboard box. It produces a tray box, formed from a flat-folded cardboard blank. A photo of the resulting box should appear in the gallery so that the buyer can immediately understand the format that can be produced. However, the exact format of the box depends on the installed tooling and the dimensions of the blanks used. Therefore, it is advisable to present a photo of a box actually produced by this machine or by its current tooling. Technical specifications: Manufacturer and model: Tecma Pack FM1200P Machine type: automatic tray box erector Product: formed and glued tray box, ready for filling Output: up to 1,200 boxes per hour Gluing system: hot melt Machine power: 2 kW Gluing unit power: 4 kW Pneumatic supply: 6 bar – consumption of 7 m³/h Control: programmable logic controller (PLC) Weight: 1,000 kg Dimensions (L × W × H): 3950 × 1860 × 2250 mm
