The wheels are steerable, and the whole trailer can be hydraulically tilted depending on the terrain. How it is attached to the tractor is visible in the picture. It is possible to move the tractor via the PTO. Requires 1 pair of hydraulic valves on the tractor. Lightly used and well maintained.
