Both tables are positioned opposite each other and are swiveled by 100° using hydraulic cylinders. The tables are mounted on a load-bearing base frame, with one table fixed in place and the other movable. The movement is performed by hydraulic cylinders which can displace the table mounted on rollers by approx. 300 mm. The base frame also houses the hydraulic and electrical components. A hydraulic power unit is used as the drive source, supplying oil to the cylinders in response to control commands. The respective valves are actuated electrically and/or hydraulically, initiating and maintaining the required table movements in interaction with each other until the turning process is complete.
