Thanks to their wide possibilities of adjusting the type of raw material, linear mass and color of the yarn, as well as the size of the twist, the manufactured products are used in various fields. The machine can be powered by yarn placed on the creeping frame or by means of coils placed inside the machine, depending on the needs. The string twister allows for simultaneous twisting of individual yarns and final twisting of the string. The twisted string is wound onto the working beam. The drives in the machine are controlled by means of inverters, clutches, reducers and sensors, which allows easy change of technological parameters and control of the correct operation of the machine. Available work options: Option 1 - for twisting threads into a product or semi-finished product - average efficiency 1250 m/h. Option 2 - string from 3 strands - the machine with wound coils produces a finished twisted string in one cycle - average efficiency 60 m/h. Option 3 string from 4 strands - the machine with wound coils produces a finished twisted string in one cycle - average efficiency 60 m/h. (The machine designed for 4-strand production can also produce 3-strand strings). The machine is ready for use, used irregularly for about 4 months.
