Condition: excellent (used), Year of construction: 2021, operating hours: 14,600 h, functionality: fully functional, machine/vehicle number: 248760, clamping force: 40,000 kN, screw diameter: 70 mm, displacement volume: 1,212 cm³, injection pressure: 1,650 bar, injection weight: 1,030 g, mold height (min.): 450 mm, ejector force: 964,000 N, ejector stroke: 250 mm, opening stroke: 1,000 mm, plate length: 1,450 mm, plate width: 1,200 mm, plate height: 1,100 mm, installation height: 3,650 mm, total length: 7,740 mm, total width: 2,340 mm, total height: 2,300 mm, overall weight: 25,600 kg, heating capacity: 29 kW (39.43 HP), pressure: 200 bar, number of injections: 1, pump power: 56,000 W, power: 118 kW (160.44 HP), type of input current: three-phase, input frequency: 50 Hz, input voltage: 400 V, input current: 213 A, Equipment: documentation/manual, The machine has few operating hours and is in very good condition, having been well-maintained. The machine comes with a Viper12 robot, which was originally supplied with it and can be seen in the accompanying photos. The robot’s control system is not integrated with the machine, so the robot can be removed and used separately, or another robot can be installed in its place. The machine has three air valves and two hydraulic valves, Euro map signals, and a signal for the dispensing unit’s rotation speed. The machine also has a strip guard, which is not included but can be arranged separately. The extruder’s heating elements are insulated with thermal insulation. Due to the guard, the machine can operate with the rear door open. It also has a water tank with 8 zones and two additional blocks with 8 outlets each. The machine has 8 zones for heating the tooling. Only PS material has been injection molded on this machine. Bedpfx Aszqbk Nsl Aedh
