Little used European Spraydry Technologies model 8 - 19 Tall Form Spray 304 stainless steel ATEX rated spray dryer system. Mass balance design capabilities approximately 246kgs feed @ 10% solids with 26kgs Powder @ 5% residual moisture + 220kg/h water evaporated based on Potato Proteins. Inlet temperature 190 deg.c. with exhaust temperature 90 deg.c. Mass flowrate of drying air rated 6,895kg/hr. System includes the following parts:
(1) Airco model CHP inlet fan driven by 11kw motor.
(1) Lanemark model DB07 propane burner with control panel.
(1) Tall form spray dryer chamber with conical base fitted with dislodging hammers fitted to cylinder and cone. Access/inspection doors. Explosion suppression bottles.
(1) Stainless steel feed lance with pressure nozzle.
(1) 304 Stainless steel product cyclone with explosion suppression bottles. Includes DMN Westinghouse type AL250DairyMZC-11 APS rotary lock value with motor.
(1) Exhaust air chamber with explosion suppression bottle.
(1) Gough type GBS550 stainless steel vibratory sifter/screen, mounted on stainless steel mobile frame.
(1) Feed balance stainless steel vertical vessel.
(1) FBF Italia model FBF2004/P High pressure plunger pump.
(1) Mettler Toledo type V4-REM industrial flow-though metal detector with Piab conveying system.
(1) Airco type CHP825 exhaust fan driven by 30kw motor.
(1) Robbe model Atlas filling machine for bags with controls.
Various small scale circulation pumps, pipework, instrumentation and ducting available.
