The system is equipped with: an electromagnetic flow sensor; an electronic control panel - for programming the filling quantity (minimum 1 liter) and - for performing the calibration; and a self-priming pump with a EURO 20 rubber impeller.

At the beginning and at the end of the cycle, the vacuum should be controlled by the user and the injection of nitrogen should be managed by means of two manual pulsar valves. The valve is opened and closed using the two stainless steel tools supplied as standard. Drip collector buffer is included in the scope of delivery. The user selects the desired filling quantity and turns the switch on to start the filling cycle. The filler performs a complete cycle: Opening the valve / Starting the pump / Stopping the pump / Closing the valve.
