Küppersbusch EBA 120

This is a frying automation unit (Bratautomat) manufactured by Küppersbusch, model EBA 120. This conveyor fryer was in operation at Audi until last year and is being offered as-is for tinkerers or as a donor for spare parts—untested and uncleaned, in the condition it was returned by the customer.

To the best of our knowledge, the machine is largely complete, but no warranty can be provided.

The basic unit consists of a fryer with feed conveyor and 2 oil trolleys.
The unit is equipped with a fire suppression system; however, the wiring for the fire suppression system was cut during decommissioning.
