Condition: like new (used), Juice Mixing and Preparation Line with Homogenizer – Stainless Steel Industrial line for mixing, preparation, and homogenization of juices, designed for the production and conditioning of juices, nectars, fruit beverages, and other liquid or semi-liquid products. The installation consists of several stainless-steel process tanks, mixing systems, sanitary piping, pumps, instrumentation, and a homogenizer, allowing for various product preparation operations to be carried out within a single unit. Homogenization reduces and more uniformly distributes the particles present in the product, helping to improve its stability, texture, and consistency, and reducing the tendency for phase separation, depending on the formulation. MAIN FEATURES -Type: Juice mixing and preparation line -Application: Juices, nectars, and beverages -Several stainless-steel process tanks -Tanks with mixing systems -Integrated homogenizer -Product mixing and homogenization -Circulation and transfer system -Sanitary pumps -Process piping and valves -Pressure and temperature instrumentation -Batch preparation and formulation -Possibility of product recirculation -Construction primarily in stainless steel -Hygienic design for the food industry -Unit mounted on a common frame -Integrable with thermal treatment and filling systems PROCESS The different ingredients or base products are introduced into the preparation tanks, where mixing, dissolution, ingredient incorporation, and conditioning operations can be carried out. Subsequently, the product can circulate through the homogenizer, where it is subjected to a mechanical treatment designed to reduce and uniformize the size of the particles or dispersed phases. Gedpox S E E Aefx Ag Touh Depending on the formulation and installed configuration, the system can be used for: -Preparation and mixing of juices -Production of nectars -Mixing of different concentrates or pulps -Ingredient incorporation -Homogenization -Suspension stabilization -Reduction of phase separation -Pre-treatment before thermal processing -Feeding filling lines APPLICATIONS Especially suitable for manufacturers of juices, nectars, fruit beverages, liquid purees, and other food beverages that require a versatile installation for preparation and homogenization. It can be used with products containing pulp or suspended particles, subject to the characteristics of the product and the configuration of the homogenizer and other installed equipment. The line can subsequently be integrated with pasteurizers, sterilizers, heat exchangers, aseptic tanks, and filling systems. Machine available for inspection. Additional technical information, capacities, dimensions, additional photographs, or videos can be provided upon request.

Condition: like new (used), functionality: fully functional, SURDRY 6-Cage Oscillating Autoclave – Industrial Sterilization SURDRY oscillating autoclave with a capacity for 6 cages, designed for the sterilization and thermal treatment of packaged food products in industrial batch processes. The equipment incorporates an oscillating load movement system during the thermal cycle, allowing the packages to be kept in controlled motion during specific phases of the process. This technology is particularly beneficial for products where agitation can promote heat transfer and reduce process times, depending on the product, format, and recipe. Its 6-cage configuration provides a high processing capacity for continuous production industrial facilities. Guodpjx Tilijfx Ag Tjh MAIN FEATURES -Manufacturer: SURDRY -Type: Industrial oscillating autoclave -Capacity: 6 cages -Application: sterilization / pasteurization -Oscillating load movement system -Batch thermal treatment -Horizontal chamber -Industrial construction in stainless steel -Large-diameter front door -Safety locking system -Motorized drive of the oscillation system -Control of cycle parameters -Integrated piping and valve system -Designed for industrial production -Integrable into automatic sterilization lines PROCESS The SURDRY 6-cage oscillating autoclave is designed to perform controlled thermal treatments on previously packaged products. The loaded cages are placed into the chamber, and once closed, the programmed cycle is carried out through different phases of heating, thermal maintenance, and cooling. During the treatment, the system allows for the application of a controlled oscillating movement to the load. Depending on the product, this agitation can improve internal circulation and promote faster and more uniform heat transfer. It can be integrated with: -Automatic loading and unloading systems -Cage conveyors -Basket loaders and unloaders -Cage transfer systems -Process water preparation equipment -Automatic sterilization lines APPLICATIONS Especially suitable for canning industries, manufacturers of ready meals, sauces, vegetable products, meat products, pet food, and other food industries that require industrial pasteurization or sterilization processes. Depending on the configuration and process, it can work with cans, jars, trays, pouches, and other packaging suitable for thermal treatment in an autoclave. The combination of SURDRY technology, oscillation system, and 6-cage capacity provides a particularly interesting solution for high-capacity industrial sterilization facilities. Machine available for inspection. Additional technical information, dimensions, additional photographs, or videos can be provided upon request.
