Condition: used, Year of construction: 2001, machine/vehicle number: 11572, functionality: limited functionality, operating hours: 47,262 h, overall weight: 1,950 kg, The BTSA 180 is a Bruderer high-speed precision stamping press with a nominal force of 180 kN (18 tons). It is designed for continuous production with progressive dies and variable stroke rates from 100 to 1300 strokes per minute. The press is equipped with a Bruderer BZV 60 strip feeder, which processes strip widths up to 60 mm and material thicknesses up to 2 mm. The stroke is adjustable between 8 and 40 mm, and the strip feed height is adjustable between 50 and 100 mm to accommodate different tools and material profiles. In addition, a Bruderer U control system from Siemens is installed. The machine is partially functional: The buttons responsible for the two-hand control system respond with a delay or not at all in setup mode during material threading, which makes material threading time-consuming. The machine's spring dampers are worn, causing the machine to vibrate significantly during continuous operation. Lhjdpfx Ajz H H Dqsh Sen The rubber mounts for the dies are brittle and breaking off. The UVV inspection for 2025 has been carried out, as well as the annual maintenance for 2025. Nominal force: 180 kN (18 tons) Stroke rate: 100-1300 strokes per minute (variable) Strip feed: Bruderer BZA 60 Adjustable stroke: 8-40 mm Main drive: 16 kVA Power supply: 400 V / 50 Hz Table area: 300x400 mm Strip feed height (adjustable): 50-100 mm Max. strip width: 60 mm Max. material thickness: 2 mm Machine dimensions: approx. 1300x1000x2300 mm Weight: 1950 kg Operating hours: approx. 47262 The machine is currently not running but is still connected so that it can be used in an emergency for production. Dismantling and removal are planned for the end of December, as a crane will already be on site by then to load the machine.
