In spray operation, the system operates in fresh air/exhaust air mode. The drawn-in fresh air is filtered and heated via the gas surface burner. The exhaust air is passed through the paint mist separator and post-filtration.
In drying operation, the system operates primarily in recirculation mode with a fresh air proportion of approx. 10 %. The integrated HPS control system enables energy-efficient and uniform drying and is particularly interesting for processing modern water-based paints.
Another significant advantage is the integrated heat recovery system, which allows a considerable amount of the heat contained in the exhaust air to be fed back into the process.
