This profile is widely used and popular among companies with business in manufacturing, installation and selling of metal fences. The production of the profile goes gradually, at first hemming forms on edges from the flat metal, and then the height of the profile and the semi-round shape are formed, at the last stage of rolling machine forms the rib in the profile center. Such number of forming stages makes it possible to ensure smooth sheet changes during rolling, as well as high quality of the final product. After roll forming, to make fence picket end look better, you can use special cutting press of our production. The working tools of such press have special round configuration and are the same as semi-round metal picket shape to make appropriate cutting. Those tools are made from special tool steel, and goes through process of hardening so ensure high requirements for the cutting tools of the equipment. Such metal fence automatic line can have following components: console metal decoiler, a rolling machine equipped with an automatization system with the ability to program the number of required pickets for rolling and their lengths, automatic electric shear for cutting metal at the end and stacker part.
